2nd Annual Olivia Chaffin Memorial Golf Tournament, Presented by Mead Education Foundation
The Olivia Chaffin Memorial Fund golf tournament is a fundraiser organized in conjunction with the Mead Education Foundation (MEF). This scramble golf tournament benefits the Olivia Chaffin fund. All proceeds will go to MEF, which supports Mead school teachers and students. The tournament will be held on June 22nd, with tee times starting at 7:30 (see note below).
2 carts per team will be provided. There will be prizes for various best-ball achievements!
Holes will be assigned prior to the tournament for both the teams and hole sponsorships.
Hole sponsorships are the responsibility of the sponsor, including table, signage, and any giveaways that may be needed. Sponsors are encouraged to interact with the golfers at your assigned hole. MEF will provide a sign for each sponsor to identify at the assigned hole.
*Please note: if we have enough golfers for a shot-gun start we will tee at 7:30 AM. If not enough players for a shot-gun start, tee-times will be assigned starting at 7:30 AM and will be communicated no later than Friday, 6/21, based on registration date and time.
